Metro ArticleThis t-shirt was designed in response to this article I read in the Metro Newspaper. I showed to the an American friend in college who was amazed to realise that the runners hanging from the electrical lines meant you could buy drugs in the area, her response was "There are so many pairs of trainers hanging around the place where I'm living...but why don't the cops just go in there and arrest them if they know where they live?"
